First time? Start with the essentials.
02 / Connect & play
Open the Acemate app, sign in and pair over Bluetooth. Let the robot recognise a clear, well-lit court before starting with comfortable settings.
03 / Ball jam or no feed
Stop the session and power off. Keep fingers and tools away from moving parts and the launch port. Remove loose balls only from safely accessible areas; never force the mechanism. If the jam persists, contact support with a video.
04 / Keep it dry
S10 is not waterproof. Avoid rain, wet courts and wet balls. If the unit gets wet, stop using it and do not charge it; contact support before restarting.
05 / Battery & storage
Power off before changing the battery. Follow the manual for connection and removal. Store dry, out of direct sun; avoid fully draining or overcharging the battery.
06 / A quick check before play
Check the net, fixings, wheels and court for debris. Leave clear space around the robot and update the app and firmware when instructed.
